Hi guys!! I hope you're having an amazing Christmas!!! Once again its my blog birthday, I can't believe I've been blogging since 2009 its insane!!! This past year has been really successful for me so thank you so much for all of your support!!!! You are all super amazing and I wouldn't be able to do what I do without you guys! I've also written a little paragraph about what I thought about each year ^_^

The year of leather jackets and cute tulle skirts in nude or pale pink! Oh and black sequins. I remember this year well as its when I started college and was sad that I couldn't afford anything in Topshop! I also went to Clothes Show Live and bought my first ever vintage jumpers which I still have today and it started an extreme obsession, even when vintage jumpers are the last thing anyone would ever wear, I will still be there, looking like a grandma, 4ever.

I remember this year because the vintage clothing obsession got a bit out of hand, everything I'm wearing above apart from the velvet leggings (which were £3 in the primark sale) were from charity shops or vintage stores and I literally never wore anything new because what was the point when charity shops had such good clothes? I was also dying to dye my hair pink but I had a job which wouldn't allow unnatural hair colours :( Instead I would use hair chalk on my days off to colour my hair, which is something I still do today if I want to put a few streaks of blue or green in!

This was the year that I quit my job, started uni and dyed my hair pink. Uni was terribly awful, and I was commuting from Birmingham every day because I didn't want to have to pay to live there, however it taught me lots of things despite the fact I thought it was pretty useless at the time. I went to London College of Fashion and studied Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear. My tutors terrified me. Anyone wanting to go to LCF or CSM I recommend you reconsider unless you want to work 20 hour days 7 days a week, but if you're totally cool with that I'd say go for it! I wore my triple sole creepers pretty much every day for 12 months, which was great when using the sewing machines at uni.

This year was pretty much the same as the previous year haha, and I occasionally had purple hair. There was also lots of snow which I highly enjoyed and the summer was really good! I spent a lot of time going to Tumblr meet ups and doing Tumblr things and being very Tumblr. Tumblr.

This year I decided to focus more on uni and I hardly blogged because I didn't have time, I also went through this weird brown and green hair phase which I kinda like but it really didn't suit me :/ I interned at WEARECOW for a good few months which was fun!

This was the year that I moved to London which was rather exciting!!! I started going to loads of press and blogger events, I had no idea that there were so many bloggers in the UK until I moved to London. It was a bit confusing, I was nothing like these bloggers and youtubers, so I felt a bit like the odd one out and got really confused about what/ how I should be blogging. Until then I'd always worn whatever I wanted, but gradually, every time I rocked up to a blogger event wearing charity shop clothes mixed with random items of clothing from cheap wholesale websites, I started to feel more and more awkward. It began to change my mindset on how to go about blogging and what I should be wearing. I started featuring free items, as every blogger does. It was a new and exciting concept to me, but after a good few months I started to realise that the things I was featuring really didn't suit me as I was accepting free clothes from anyone and everyone. I looked a bit like a weird blogger clone who still wanted to try and be a bit quirky, which ultimately failed, putting together mainstream and alt fashion never works (in my mind). The photos above are my favourite looks from 2014, so obviously I do really like them, but they're probably the only looks I wore which actually suited my style. At the end of 2014 I was quite unhappy, I quit uni, moved back home to Birmingham, dyed my hair pink, began where I left off in 2012, only the pink pastel version.

This year has been an excellent year for me, finally I am able to say that I'm a full time blogger, which makes me super happy, I'm really pleased with how I look now, which makes a nice change!

And there we have it a nice montage of my OOTD's over the years, look at those terrible yellow filters oh lord. For those of you who have followed me from the start, thank you so much, I hope you enjoyed looking at my old looks and for those of you who are new followers this year I hope you've also enjoyed seeing what I used to look/ dress like! I think although my style has changed over the past six years, as you would expect, its still quite similar! Only now there are more elements of pink and pastel colours and I take my photos differently ^_^ Thanks so much for following me over the years and Merry Christmas!!!
